FUSHAN-History-Founding background

The predecessor of FUSHAN PAPER is a small paper mill, which started out as a low-end raw paper and ordinary corrugated board. Due to the relatively developed plastic products industry in Cixi, there are many enterprises that promote the manufacture of corrugated boxes in the region. Carton enterprises not only need a large number of auxiliary equipment, such as corrugating machine, paste machine, slitting machine, etc. It is also necessary to order the raw paper from the base paper manufacturer. At that time, the carton enterprises in Cixi area generally had a complicated production process, simple equipment, single product and small production scale.

Through market research, we found that these carton companies urgently need the market to provide various types, specifications, varieties of cardboard directly used for processing cartons, and the market demand is very large. Based on the situation, we decided to carry out technological transformation of the original papermaking enterprises, change the product structure, and transform to the production of corrugated paperboard. In 2003, we began trial production of corrugated cardboard, and the scale of the company has gradually expanded. In 2006, we cut the original paper products according to the needs of enterprise development and the requirements of the national environmental protection policy, and began to phase out papermaking projects, adjust the product structure, and convert papermaking into corrugated board production. Until around 2009, we completely completed the “transformation” from papermaking to corrugated board production.

1987 year：On May 18th, the groundbreaking work was started in Fushan Village, Guanhaiwei Town, which opened a new era of prosperity in FUSHAN PAPER. Installation of 3000 tons of 1092 paper machine (No. 1 workshop) in Henan Qinyang. 

1998year：At the beginning of the year, the No. 3 workshop was in normal operation, and a corrugated base paper was added to the product variety structure.

2000year：On October 9th, the company implemented the corresponding national policy implementation, and the original Cixi Fushan Paper Mill was changed to Cixi Fushan Paper Rubber & Plastic Co. Ltd.

2015year：We acquired the original Yulong Plastics Co. Ltd. in Cidong Park, established the production base of No.2 Branch Factory and Ningbo Fulian Trading Co. Ltd. It marked the development of Fushan Paper to production combining with trade. In the same year, No.1 Branch Factory introduced the first domestic production line of the 2.8-meter wide Fosber corrugated board . The production capacity was greatly improved. The sales value of the year was 1.12 billion yuan, an increase of 25% over the previous year.

2018year：In the second year of transformation and upgrading, the target output value was set at 2.395 billion yuan.
